Unipoly® is Unipod’s multi-use moulded polystyrene product, manufactured and tested in Australia in compliance with Australian standards AS 1336.3.
Unipoly® is manufactured into a wide range of products, including Geofoam, thermal insulation, waffle pods, and profile shapes. It’s between 96% and 99% air depending upon the grade specified. The lightweight nature of this material means that the installation of Unipoly® products can often be done by one person. For example, a 2.5m X 1.2m sheet of Unipoly® 75 mm thick M grade weighs about 4 kg.

Assurance
We have a strict Quality Assurance program to guarantee Unipoly® strength and is delivered only after meeting strength testing criteria to ensure only high quality, reliable material is delivered to your project site.
Unipoly® is manufactured without the use of chlorofluorocarbons. The raw material used by Unipod® is not made from, nor does it contain any CFCs and is 100% recyclable. The various grades commonly referred to in moulded polystyrene material are defined by density and strength.
